Seniores Pizza

Pepperoni pizza

A true Calgary institution, Seniores Pizza has been serving great counter-style pizza for over a decade. Their speciality pizzas range from the Seniore’s special (double pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, mushrooms and green pepper) to the Greek Special (feta cheese, black olives, tomatoes, peppers and garlic). They’re best known for their take-out delivery service, but there is also a small seating area in their Beddington Heights location where you can enjoy your food to eat-in.

Inglewood Pizza

A simple neighborhood favourite, Inglewood Pizza specializes in pizza made with a slightly thicker, Greek-style base. Toppings, however, tend to edge towards the more classic combinations, like Hawaiian-style ham and pineapple and pepperoni. If you’re looking for something other than pizza though, they also do a great range of baked lasanges and less traditional sides like chicken wings and ribs.

Una Pizza & Wine

The more luxury option for thin-crust pizza is Una Pizza and Wine. Taking its inspiration from California, as well as the flavors of Spain, Italy and France, the pizza specials focus on the combination of good quality, fresh ingredients. Alongside the pizzas, there are also a good range of starters, a few tasty salads and a couple of tempting desserts, including a delicious chocolate and peanut butter terrine.

Double Zero

With two locations in different parts of the city, Double Zero is a convenient choice, whether you happen to be downtown or shopping in Chinook Mall. Pizzas here are separated on the basis of either their ‘00’ tomato sauce or bianco base, although all are made authentically using traditional ingredients in the European style. Similarly, if you choose to branch out from pizza, there are also a number of salad, pasta and panini options, as well as a tempting bar snack menu.

Azzurri Pizzeria

A hidden gem, Azzurri Pizzeria is known for its friendly service and delectable New York-style pizzas, served with a generous portion of toppings.
