Each pie comes absolutely loaded with quality toppings. The menu itself is quite unique, especially when it comes to naming and organization of the different pizza options. The sections are ordered by color, location, parts of a symphony, the four elements and more.

Located at the lobby of a hotel by the same name, Pier 73 Restaurant specializes in seafood. Menu options include salmon burgers, fish and chips, clam chowder, fish tacos, and the halibut sandwich. Pier 73 Restaurant is a bit ritzier than your average pub, and offers a three-course menu. On a sunny day, we recommend sitting out on their large patio. Even if it’s a bit chilly out, Pier 73 has you covered. There are blankets and small fire pits spread throughout the outdoor dining area.

Smokehouse Sandwich

Restaurant, Sandwich Shop, Canadian, American

Smokehouse Sandwich is a rustic restaurant serving fabulously creative sandwiches and drinks. One of the most notorious options is the Samson, which is a combination of coffee-crusted beef brisket, red pepper aioli, and strawberry glaze. Some other varieties include the pork belly sandwich, banh mi, and the salmon sandwich. Everything is prepared right in front of you, and the sandwiches are served on metal lunch trays with a side of homemade kettle chips. If sandwiches aren’t your thing, however, you can also choose from a variety of salads featuring many of the same toppings. Pair your meal with a refreshing honey-ginger or strawberry-mint lemonade.

Parker Place Meat & BBQ

Parker Place Meat & BBQ is not fooling around when it comes to meat and BBQ. You can see whole chickens, ducks and pigs being slow cooked and smoked in the kitchen. Instead of adhering to North American conceptions of barbecue, Parker Place Meat & BBQ is done in Chinese and Shanghai styles. Located inside Richmond’s Asian Shopping Centre, the restaurant itself is quite small, but typically, you will find a line stretching out the door; the wait is worth it. Finish your meal with a sweet treat such as the bubble waffle or dragon candy.
