Serving authentic Napoletana pizza made in a wood-fired oven, Pulcinella is the only Calgary member of the exclusive Associazione Pizzaioli Napolitani. They use only ingredients that are certified by the association’s standards. Their method of traditional wood-fire baking results in slight crust charring, which gives their pizza its distinctive flavor. The first is 4th Spot’s signature thin-crust pizza. There’s also the original recipe Karouzo family pizza – the same style of pizza that was served back in 1967 by Louis Karouzo.

A Plus Pizza is more ideal to order or collect from than to dine at, though they do have a cozy dining space. This spot is family-owned and operated. They have great pizza and a quick delivery service with friendly and personable delivery people. A Plus Pizza serves traditional deep dish pizzas, and they always have a buy-one-get-one-free deal.
