Londoners! Ditch the morning mimosa for a very pim and proper British soiree.

Us Londoners and visitors to the British capital have learned to love a good brunch, so much in fact the phenomenon even has its own hashtag on Instagram.

So what of this boozy brunch? In a nutshell, some of the capital’s best brunch spots have partnered with the famous summery alcohol brand to roll out their own version of a classic British brunch – how cultural of them. Expect all sorts, including several classy classics like eggs Benedict and of course, all things avocado and the adopted favourite from across the pond – pancakes. Nom.

But as always, the booze is the most important thing at brunch: Pimms Fizz, a cocktail with Pimms, orange slice, a bit of fizz, mint and lemonade. One word, divine.

Who’s involved you’re wondering… Egg Break in Kensington, Bourne & Hollingsworth in Clerkenwell, Brew in leafy Wimbledon, Friends of Ours in Hoxton and Brother Marcus in Chestnut Grove.
