1. Santo Spirito

One of Valencia’s coolest shops. Grab a piece of genuine Valencian style that you can’t find anywhere else at this vintag e store. Choose from unique t-shirts and hoodies featuring funky designs and slogans (such as ‘Where there is paella, there is hope’) that also make perfect gifts. Alongside their own range of clothing, Santo Spirito stocks denim labels like Levi, Diesel and a great selection of accessories.

2. Kaif

Another gem in the fashionable El Carmen district, this is a little designer label with huge amounts of style. Created in Valencia, they have an ultra-cool boutique on one of the busiest streets in the Old City, which is packed with their signature retro-inspired designs at affordable prices. If you can’t get to their store in person you can also browse their collection online.

3. Needles and Pins

You’ll find more unique, handmade fashion at this little store in El Carmen. A favourite with local bloggers, Needles and Pins has gained a loyal local following thanks to its carefully curated collection of fashion, homeware, books, music and other vintage items. These are displayed alongside their own-label clothing – new designs that are made using vintage fabrics.

5. Camden Vintage

One of the city’s more glamorous shops is Camden Vintage. Catering mostly for women, it stocks everything from vintage Loewe leather handbags to sparkly sandals. Their racks sparkle with a mix of new retro-inspired designs and genuine vintage. Look for pretty skirts and short dresses and their in-house Chanel and YSL-inspired logo T-shirts. This is the perfect place to find an outfit for a girls’ night out.

6. Solo Hombre

As the name suggests, this one’s for the guys. It’s a swish boutique which looks expensive from the outside, but it’s worth browsing their elegant collections full of stylish cuts and high-quality fabrics. The prices, though not cheap, do vary and the helpful staff are always on hand to help you find a special item for yourself or someone else.
