English Radio at RKB with Jordi from Nømad Coffee and Tara from The Culture Trip’s Barcelona Hub

What is the most unusual request you’ve had on the show?
Many – but wanting to confess to bizarre love stories!
What advice would you give to someone who was trying to break into the business?
Gain some experience, try it out and see if it’s something for you. Most people love radio but not everyone has the skill to attract an audience.
What’s next?
More radio hours and a collaborative platform including the radio.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Explore but be focused and decisive on what you want to achieve. You can be a Jack of all trades but a master of none. Choose one direction, which makes sense to you and feels good from the inside.
If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
Vivienne Westwood, Grace Jones, or Cary Grant.
How would you describe English Radio in 80 characters?
Barcelona’s first and largest platform connecting the English-speaking community, discussing news, events, culture, and lifestyle.

Katrina at Cooltura FM 107.5

Gaudi or Meier? Hard question, but Gaudi probably as I live right opposite Parc Güell and can’t help but feel at home with that view, and he definitely thought outside the box.
Apple or Android? Both.
Picasso or Miró? Picasso
Coffee or tea? Coffee and mint tea.
Beach or mountains? Both but water first.
Love or friendship? Love and friendship, but it’s always good to know someone loves you!
