For many, there’s no better place to go than the aptly named Neața Omelette Bistro, as it combines the short version of bună dimineața, Romanian for ‘good morning’, and omelette, practically a synonym for breakfast. Famous for their eggs Benedict and fluffy pancakes that flirt with perfection, they serve their omelettes in bagels together with plenty of toppings, such as avocado, hummus, and more.
