Paraphernalia is a unique interior design shop opened by George Karras and Angela Koutroulaki in 2014. Stocking a vast collection of carefully curated items ranging from home and office wares, lighting, furniture, lighting, jewelry, and accessories, the store is a modern and sleek Ali Baba’s cave.
2. DesignShop

DesignShop, founded in 2008 by Vassilis Zaroggas and Dimitra Fratzoglou, has both a store in Neo Psychiko and an online store to make interior design accessible to more people. Roma 5 Design opened in 1981 on Roma street and was probably the first store to introduce the philosophy of interior design to Greece. After 30 years, Roma 5 and owner Christos Papageorgiou are still pioneers in the field. Though it strongly prefers for European brands, Roma 5 also stocks a plethora of Scandinavian designers, focusing on newer generations. As such, it actively imports Marimekko, Lammhults, Artek, LK Hjelle, and even Nils Holger Moormann.
