The pancakes, based on the ones frequently served in the series by Moominmamma, make for a delicious brunch or snack and pair perfectly with coffee.

Panorama Bar & Cafe

You’ll have to take the ski lift to reach this cafe at the top of a slope of the Tahko ski resort, but the views will be more than worth it. The Panorama Café is a classic Finnish log cabin building containing a bar, restaurant and coffeehouse with some of the best views of the Kuopio countryside, which are especially beautiful in the winter. It is an especially perfect place to rest during a day of skiing and take in the beauty of Finnish nature.
