Hotel Tannenhof, built in the 1920s, was once a mainstay with the social elite who came to ski on St Anton’s famous slopes. In 2011, it was restored to its five-star glory, complete with seven wood-panelled suites with fireplaces, large windows and contemporary art. After a day of skiing, relax with a massage or slip into the whirlpools, sauna or steam baths. Tannenhof is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels group and lies in the quieter Nasserein area of St Anton.
