Tommy’s 3 is run by a Vietnamese-Australian couple with a love of motorcycles. Despite being the base of Vung Tau’s Ulysses Motorcycle Club, this cafe attracts a diverse crowd of expats of all ages and interests. The venue is home to a cosy library and picturesque outdoor patio – perfect for some down time alone or with friends, while enjoying some great coffee. 3. Vung Tau Beach Club

Vung Tau Beach Club is a favourite gathering spot for windsurfers — rentals are available, as are surfing lessons with certified instructors. They even have shisha, so you could spend a whole day here being lazy.
