Asiatique Ferris wheel

Standing at almost 200 feet tall, with 42 gondolas to choose from, the glittering Ferris wheel at Asiatique the Riverfront is a sight to behold. The Ferris wheel is an iconic landmark after dark, and the illuminated attraction can be seen from around the city as soon as the sun begins to set. Overlooking the Chao Phraya River, proposing from one of the gondolas as the Ferris wheel loops its repetitive, slow track would be one of the most romantic ways to do so in the city. A normal adult ticket to ride is ฿300, but hopeful grooms and brides-to-be might instead opt for a private (฿1,000 per two people) or VIP (฿1,500-2,000 for 2-5 people) gondola instead.

We are proud that, for more than a decade, millions like you have trusted our award-winning recommendations by people who deeply understand what makes certain places and communities so special.
Increasingly we believe the world needs more meaningful, real-life connections between curious travellers keen to explore the world in a more responsible way.
