From football to motorcycle racing, sports fanatics can enjoy their favorite events at one of these iconic sports venues in the 3-0-5.

Nestled along Biscayne Boulevard with waterfront views of the bay, the American Airlines Arena is the center for sports, concerts and a myriad of diverse spectacles. Most famously, it’s home to the triple-NBA champions basketball team, the Miami Heat. The 3-0-5 shows enthusiastic love for their celebrity players, so whether it’s Dwayne Wade returning to the team or a winning night, the streets surrounding the area are packed with cars and flag-waving fanatics. You can join in the commotion too – tickets for a seat range from $20 to upwards of $350, and there are numerous luxury suites as well as private boxes with sweeping views of the court. The building does not offer parking, but you can find parking lots in the nearby areas or ride via public transportation on the free Metromover which reaches the Freedom Tower station directly in front of the arena.

2. Marlins Park

Building, Park, Stadium

Home of the Miami Marlins baseball team, the Marlins Park replaced the former Miami Orange Bowl stadium in Little Havana. The ultra-modern building boasts a retractable roof and a glass façade giving audiences views of Miami’s Downtown skyline – and it’s also LEED certified as the greenest Major League Baseball park. Experiencing a game here whether in a field-level seat or in a suite comes complete with panoramic views of the park. There are numerous food stalls, and walking vendors with nachos, hotdogs, pizza and craft beer to satisfy the munchies while enjoying the game.

3. Hard Rock Stadium

Stadium

Previously known as the Sun Life Stadium, this open-air stadium home of the Miami Dolphins football team boasts an endless array of seating options to catch the football game in total comfort. For those looking to watch the football games in a living room setting, book a box in the 72 Club which includes food and beverage, in-seat service, a VIP express lane, parking, and wide double-padded seats along with TV screens to watch replays of the game. On the West End Zone of the field, there are 14 four-person boxes, and shared suites in the LifeWTR Lounge. (These are just a highlight of the handful of other options are available). With its location in Miami Gardens, the stadium is not easily accessible via the Metrorail station except on special events when public transportation detours are made available – your best bet is taking an Uber or driving (there’s plenty of parking!).

Open since 1995, the 600-acre facility hosts NASCAR championship races and other motor races throughout the year. The speedway boasts massive space for its audience (55,000 seats) and a safe fencing to keep from potential accidents on the 2.21-mile track. The stadium also has four man-made lakes and a 1.5 mile oval for racing motorcycles, cars and other vehicles. Individual suites start at $1,000, but there are numerous options including cabanas, boxes and the like.
