Azahar Cafe works directly with coffee farms and associations, and in the cafe you can learn all about the farm that grew the different types of coffee available and the journey your coffee has taken from farm to cup. Azahar also has a ‘coffee lab’ in Antioquia, which tests and identifies flavours.

The cafe serves a large variety of types of coffee from all over Colombia, varying in flavours and strength. You can also learn all about how organic coffee is produced and how the farms are producing coffee sustainably.
