For all the Sunshine Coast’s beauty and sensational sights, it has been slow to the foodie game. Until fairly recently, there weren’t many options beyond delicious fresh fish and chips and the local Thai place. Lucky for us, it’s finally upped its game and has some fantastic new options like tapas, Mexican and fresh contemporary Asian.

Not only do they do spot-on Asian cuisine, but you can also learn how to make some of their most delicious dishes at their onsite cooking school. This one is an absolute must-visit when you’re at the Sunshine Coast.

7. The Boat Shed
