Melbourne – home of the Hello Kitty Latte. The Hello Kitty what?! Yes, you can now literally drink everyone’s favourite Sanrio kitten. While we’re not sure we have the level of dedication you probably have towards the little cat, we wouldn’t mind jumping on a flight to Melbourne to get our paws on one of these marshmallow bad boys – and just in case, you’re anti-cat, there’s a Polar Bear one to munch on too!

All the little beauties are handmade and hand decorated and are served on a cutesy little wooden board, and yes, the world and Australia have literally gone mad for them. But it’s not just all lattes and kitties. The cool place specialises in a load of Asian fusion desserts which are just too pretty to eat. Think passion fruit paradise, Raindrop Cakes, caramel waffles, and a rather delectable matcha ice cream.
