On the ground floor, you’ll find a cafe and restaurant serving up a plethora of culinary creations and cocktails. Head upstairs and you’ll be entering the ‘Tiki Bar’, a Hawaiian style club where you can indulge in pina coladas served in pineapples. Don’t forget to check out the basement in the early hours of the morning, where you can get your grove on in the 70’s-themed disco.

Soleil Pool Bar

Bar, Charcuterie, Beer, Australian

Soleil features a bar with a pool, for when the weather is so unbearable that you have no choice but to dive into the cool water. Some visitors bring swim suits, but the more hardcore patrons jump right in while wearing their clothes. Soleil is most popular on Sunday afternoons.

Super Whatnot

Bar, Beer, American

Did someone say bearded men and wire-rimmed tortoiseshell glasses? Super Whatnot is perhaps the most indie bar on the Brisbane scene, located in an ‘abandoned beauty college.’ It is one of the many laneway bars that opened up in Brisbane recently, but the atmosphere is unparalleled and the beer here will not disappoint.

The London Club

While the name doesn’t sound very local, The London Club, located in exclusive New Farm, is a stand-out. Bookcases take up every inch of the walls, giving the venue a very regal feel. Armchairs are nestled in candlelit corners so you can sit back and relax, enjoying a scotch on the rocks whilst you ponder where the night will take you next.
