Sydney, Australia is known for its warm weather and great views, but they also have many innovative and delicious restaurants that serve vegetarian cuisine, but appeal to herbivores and carnivores alike. We list our favorite vegetarian restaurants in Sydney.

Ester Restaurant

Ester Restaurant is a trendy restaurant that offers many vegetarian options in addition to their regular menu. Be sure to try their most popular menu item, the full head of cauliflower. It would be wise to make a reservation in advance, but they do reserve a little space for walk-ins. Monday-Friday they offer drinks at 5.30, and many of their menu selections are cooked in their wood-fired oven.
