2. Le Bon Ton

Collingwood’s Le Bon Ton is once again inviting you to their New Year’s Eve Carnival Extravaganza. Guaranteed to sell out, the night includes an All-You-Can-Eat BBQ feast packed with Southern pride and a five hour drinks package. There will also be roving entertainment, live music from Andrew Nolte’s 10 Piece Orchestra and funk brass band Brooklyn ’86, plus DJ’s Richie 1250 and The Knave. 3. European Bier Café

Say Aloha to the new year at European Bier Cafe’s Hawaiian dress up party. Hula across four levels of entertainment including pizza in the basement from 9 pm, a rooftop bar and canapes on all levels until 10 pm. Located on Exhibition street, European Bier Cafe has a seven-hour drink package from 7 pm including a cocktail on arrival and 15 types of bier and cider as well as selected spirits, wines, and soft drinks. 4. Ludlow

Tickets are selling fast to Ludlow’s Las Vegas themed New Year’s Eve Party and Dining event. Choose between two, three course dining packages or the High Rollers Cocktail Party package and enjoy a night of great food, terrific cocktails and DJs until 3am. If you’re wondering how Robarta could possibly top their 2016 Game of Throne’s New Year’s Eve Party, then listen up as the creative team are transforming the St Kilda venue into a CARNIVALE including Jesters, Magicians, Brazilian Dancers and Stilt Walkers. 6. Hopscotch

The countdown to midnight is on at Hopscotch, in Southbank. The microbrewery is hosting a Night Garden Festival featuring a pop-up Pimm’s cocktail bar, roving bites and food stations and DJs playing all night long.
