After sundown, order Manhattan-style cocktails at the St Regis Bar with a three-side fireplace, and then follow it up with steamed mussels at the French-inspired brasserie. Rooms and suites come in earth tones with cozy textiles, while some come with fireplaces and balconies. There’s also a free shuttle into Park City, but we doubt you’ll leave too often.
