Houston’s Museum of Fine Art presents a special screening of Goldfinger as part of their Wheels on Reels series. Goldfinger follows James Bond and his Aston Martin DB5 as he investigates a gold smuggling operation and discovers a sinister plot to break into Fort Knox. Wheels on Reels is a classic film series presented in tandem with the Fine Art Museum’s exhibition Sculpted in Steel: Art Deco Automobiles and Motorcycles, 1929 —1940. The film series celebrates some of cinemas favorite and memorable cars. While at the museum, stop by the Sculpted in Steel exhibition to see classic cars and motorcycles from some of the country’s biggest collectors.
