The studio offers yoga classes using the Bikram method; it also has prenatal classes in addition to those using Vinyasa Power Flow, Buti Yoga, Ashtanga and Restorative methods. Hot yoga provides detoxification, acting as preventative medicine by working your muscles, organs, glands, and joints.
