Quinoa

Quinoa is a welcoming, upscale restaurant that specializes in Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. Taking its name from a grain grown on the Andes Mountains in South America, the menu features a variety of classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche, savory soups, quinoa salads and tamales, along with familiar Mexican classics like tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Owner Jack Egoavil and his family were born and raised in Peru, and he draws on his heritage combined with the ingredients available locally to bring a fresh approach to traditional Peruvian flavors.
