Each plate served here comes with two sides of the customer’s choosing, with comfort food classics such as mac and cheese and coleslaw in abundance. The main meat entrees are all served dry, so the customer can garnish and gravy them to their own preference. The sauces include the spicy Texas-style and spicy vinegar and mustard in Carolina-style; both of which come highly recommended.
