Wanting to create a quality product with tasty results, the culinary team makes the dough from scratch along with the sauce plus grates fresh mozzarella daily and cuts salad greens in-house. Open Tuesday through Sunday, highlights from the menu include the tomapeño pizza topped with sliced tomatillos, mild whole green chiles, jalapeños, blue agave, and cumin and the farmhouse pizza with chicken, bacon, sweet onion, garlic, arugula, and fresh parmesan.
