Babystacks Cafe

A small local chain, Babystacks Cafe is a laid-back eatery serving breakfast and lunch at three Las Vegas locations plus one in Henderson. Featuring American cuisine imbued with Filipino and Hawaiian flavours, this restaurant offers diners a host of tempting sweet and savoury selections, including over 15 different flavours of pancakes. Procuring the freshest ingredients from local purveyors when available, the chef has created a delicious menu that is sure to satisfy everyone from meat lovers to vegetarians. Within a lively environment, diners can feast upon flavorful options like the chicken fried steak smothered with country pork gravy accompanied by two eggs, chive potatoes, and toast and the tofu scramble with wild mushrooms, green onions, sprouts, chive potatoes, plus toast. Be sure to order some cinnamon biscuits with warm strawberry compote for a mouth-watering sweet treat.

Echo & Rig

Founded by chefs Sam Marvin and Frank Fronda, who wanted to offer clients quality meats, Echo & Rig is a butcher and modern American steakhouse. Nestled in the shopping and dining destination Tivoli Village — located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip — this light-filled spacious restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily and offers a weekend brunch that will appeal to both carnivorous eaters and vegetarians. Delectable highlights to note are the short rib hash made with prime short rib, potatoes, shallots, herbs, poached eggs, and smoked paprika hollandaise sauce and the blueberry buttermilk pancakes served with whipped butter and house-made blueberry syrup. An array of fresh juices, espresso drinks, and adult-beverages round out the brunch menu.

Honey Salt

Opened in 2012 by husband-wife duo, Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, Honey Salt is a farm-to-table eatery located in Summerlin. Serving American comfort classic cuisine with a creative twist and handcrafted libations in an inviting atmosphere with shabby chic décor, this restaurant offers lunch and dinner daily plus an awesome Sunday brunch. Visitors can take delight in options like monkey bread, a citrus brioche with a honey bourbon sauce; the weekend frittata with a variety of fresh vegetables and laurel chenel goat cheese; and the breakfast pizza topped with spinach, apple wood smoked bacon, cheddar, and a scrambled egg.

Mr. Mama’s

Tucked inside an unassuming strip mall, Mr. Mama’s is a neighborhood eatery serving American breakfast and lunch dishes. Within a friendly and vibrant environment, brunch lovers can get their fill of some of their favorite hearty morning time fare every day of the week. A large menu offering many sweet and savory dishes ensures that everyone will find something to tickle their taste buds, including vegetarians. With a menu full of innovative dishes, this restaurant is popular and will be opening a second location in Downtown Summerlin — a shopping and dining venue — later this year.

The menus — created by executive chef Paul Zlatos — feature innovative dishes made with quality seasonal ingredients.
