Towson, Maryland, is a county in Baltimore that has a variety of things to do, places to go, and people to see. Towson contains a majestic mall, Towson Town Center, that has five floors and contains a variety of specialty luxury stores, such as Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. The amount of stores and the surrounding neighborhood alone is enough to merit trick-or-treating in Towson. Owings Mills, Maryland, is another county in Baltimore that is bustling with activity; there have been many improvements in the area over the years. Not only does Owings Mills contain a Wegman’s, but there is a local library and a local community college campus as well. In the Metro Centre area of Owings Mills, there are a number of shops that make this prime trick-or-treating territory.
