Bali has many beaches and oceans, but there are other places to soak in and indulge yourself. Hotels, restaurants, and resorts in Bali are in a tight race to create the best swimming pools for tourists and what are we to do but enjoy the best of them? Check out the best swimming pools in Bali below.

This peaceful nook proves that Bali is more than just a place to visit beautiful and energetic beaches, but also a tranquil paradise to connect with your soul and nature. Both TripAdvisor and Condé Nast Traveller have awarded the Hanging Gardens of Bali as one of the best swimming pools in the world, but if you don’t want to just take their word for it, hear us out. As the name suggests, dipping in this pool means soaking yourself in the lush greenery of the gardens and jungle around it. The unrestricted view of tall trees and neat vegetation, soothing sounds of water, fresh scent from the pristine air, and riverside massage service all conspire to give you the best all-sensory relaxation.

There are so many things to love about this beachside bar and swimming pool, including the amazing horizon view and lively atmosphere. Whether you want to go swimming or just hang out to retire those tired toes from walking around the city, the Woobar will welcome you all the same, with a mouth-watering menu, fresh drinks, vibrant colors, and a divine view of the Seminyak beach. Upon purchasing a drink, visitors can plunge into Woobar’s gorgeous pool for free.

Club Med

Spa, Swimming Pool

Club Med is one of the most famous spots on the shores of Nusa Dua, Bali. As a resort, its all-inclusive facility includes an adult pool, children’s pool, sport club, water sports, spa, shows, and cooking classes. The pools in particular are a great source for visitors, especially on weekends, when tourists are vying for their own spot on one of the poolside daybeds. Even if you chose to stay someplace else, you can still enjoy Club Med’s shimmering, yet zen swimming pool with a day pass.

From the heights of the beachside Uluwatu cliffs, the Alila Villas Uluwatu swimming pool offers you not only a majestic scenery of the ocean, but also excellent architecture to enjoy it from. There are many ways to savor yourself at this villa. The Mulia

The size of the pool is not the only huge thing at The Mulia, Nusa Dua. It’s hard not to admire the towering classical statues that line up from the poolside to the beach, as if they’re leading you to the brilliant Indian Ocean. Positioning yourself anywhere inside the extensive infinity pool will make you feel like a Balinese royal with pampering sights, bar, and daybeds. If for some reason that fails to please you completely, The Mulia has plenty of other pools to dip in, including private ones for staying guests.

Hilton Bali Resort

The swimming pools (yes, plural) are one of the Hilton’s best feature, taking advantage of its other best features, like the strategic hill-to-ocean location and grand architecture. Each of the four main interconnected pools offers their own view and charm. Tall palm trees surmounted some of the pool area, lending their shades on sunny days. Children (or your inner child) will love Hilton’s pool areas, especially the special children’s lagoon featuring a 30-meter water slide.

Far from Bali’s buzzing bar scene and seemingly unaffected by the whole world’s affairs, Jungle Fish is the ultimate nature getaway for serenity-seekers. The self-proclaimed “no beach…beach club” is like the green and calmer version of the vibrant beachside pools where visitors can bathe in the fresh water, warm sunshine, clear jungle air, or all three at once. The lavish pool is a part of the Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa, but non-staying visitors can enjoy the much-loved facility at a separate rate.
