August E’s

Specializing in steak, seafood and sushi, August E’s offers a sophisticated dining experience in a stylish and contemporary setting, serving its own unique interpretation of Nouveau Texan cuisine. In a space designed by locally based firm, Mustard Design Architects, with cool, industrial chic elements teamed with vibrant, colorful abstract art, guests are presented with daily changing, seasonal menus created by executive chef and co-owner Leu Savanh. The menu features dishes like the signature crab stack starter, layers of tender lump crabmeat, diced avocado and tomato served with buttered crostini and wasabi aioli, mesquite grilled steak and sushi rolls alongside a number of sakes and Japanese beers.

Farm Haus Bistro

Located at the Fredericksburg Herb Garden, a peaceful country farm just a short distance from downtown Fredericksburg offering dining, spa facilities and lodging, Farm Haus Bistro resides in a historic rock house dating back to the 1890’s, set within picturesque gardens.
