Sit outside while sipping red sangria made with merlot, brandy, triple sec, and fresh fruit juices or the berry ‘new-fashioned’ with Bulleit rye bourbon, fresh berry purée, sweet vermouth, and a splash of Angostura. For something with more of a kick, try the eponymous AGLIOLIO espresso martini with Smirnoff vanilla vodka, Baileys, Kahlua, and a shot of espresso.

Ali Baba Café & Hookah Lounge

Popular with the younger crowd, Ali Baba Café and Hookah Lounge is a Middle Eastern venue featuring a laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day of work or a long week. Hookah is a water pipe that enables people to smoke different flavors of special tobacco called shisha. Within a large, open space, visitors can relax and enjoy light eats, drinks (including a variety of beers) and, of course, hookah in many flavors; some favorites include pink lady, ambrosia, and white gummy bear. The Backyard

If craft beer is your preference, the Copperpoint Brewing Co. is a must-visit. Serving a variety of handcrafted brews from traditional styles to seasonal selections, the brewery will have something to suit a wide range of beer lovers’ tastes. The interior space features an industrial yet warm vibe perfect for relaxing with a cold brew, which includes current highlights such as the German-style Copperpoint Lager, the B. Rabbit Espresso Cream Stout, and the One Love I.P.A. If visitors are looking for something to soak up the brews, Copperpoint hosts food trucks and allows guest to order food from outside venues.

Due South Brewing Co.

Another great place for beer seekers is Due South Brewing. This warehouse venue features two spaces (one with air conditioning and one without) where guests can kick back with friends and a great tasting brew. Some of the beers on tap include the Caramel Cream Ale, which has a hint of vanilla; the award-winning Craft America Lager; the Café Ole Espresso Porter, which is another award winner; and the Legendairy Milk Stout, with a bit of cocoa flavor. Want some live rock ‘n roll to go along with a selection of fantastic drinks? If so, Elmo’s Rock Bar & Grill is the place to go. A late-night venue, Elmo’s is open until 5AM every day. Featuring live music Wednesday through Saturday, the bar also hosts other events throughout the week, including trivia night and karaoke. Be sure to look at their website or social media pages for updates. Elmo’s features a full bar, so whatever drinks guests want, they can most certainly get. Plus, there are nightly drink specials along with tasty edibles, including appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and more.
