What do you get when you pair Chef Katsuya Uechi with designer Philippe Starck? A butterfly decorated contemporary sushi lounge. The atmosphere is not the only attraction about Katsuya; the food is justifiably a crowd pleaser. The sushi and sashimi samplers are both deliciously prepared and highly recomended. Try the wagyu filet with foi gras from the hot menu or the delicious sunset roll with a glass of sake, and take your time. The Katsuya menu deserves to be enjoyed at leisure.
