27 Restaurant and Bar, started by Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta, is set in a 1930s house designed by Russel Thorn Pancoast and located two short blocks from the beach. The bar, famous for its cocktails and staff of mixologists, does not cease to amaze with its Sunday brunch. Brunch options include mimosas with a tropical twist and a rich menu, much of which utilizes local ingredients. The eclectic menu ranges from breakfast burritos to cast iron cinnamon rolls, and from green bloodies to cider to rosé. The atmosphere is just as good as the menu, with fireplace mantels and wooden floors and the location is central to the beach and other high profile bars, making it the first stop before many on a lovely South Beach day.

The Setai
The Setai is a boutique hotel on the beach. The hotel was built in the 1930s and has a Sunday Jazz buffet brunch to match its era. The Sunday brunch fame comes from the live entertainment and the globally inspired menu that ranges from Asian Cuisine to a raw bar to brick oven pizza. The flow of champagne and bloody Mary’s is endless and brunch lasts until 3:00 pm, just in time for a lazy stroll to the beach located a few yards away.
