Work Up A Sweat On The Great Lawn Of Millennium Park

The Great Lawn at Millennium Park will host workout sessions every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the summer months. Wednesdays are exclusively morning yoga sessions from 7:30am to 8:15am, while Saturdays will host a variety of 45-minute-long workout sessions in yoga, tai chi, Pilates, Zumba, and cardio workouts from 7am to 11am every week. Some of the workout sessions will also have live music from DJs, percussion groups, and more. The workouts are all free and sponsored by McDonald’s.
