Creator and Founder Heather Tierney always boasted a passion for healthy food and design. As head of her own design firm, Wanderlust, Tierney crafted an atmosphere at The Butcher’s Daughter that implicates contrasting themes and feeling of balance. The concrete floors and steel hooks of an old-world butcher shop combine seamlessly with living plants and a minimalist presentation. This airy sun-filled space is ideal for a morning coffee and rustic avocado toast, an energizing spicy kale salad and a cold-pressed juice for lunch-time, or a wood-fired pizza and glass of wine into the evening.
