Gourmet waffle sandwich spot
Bruxie offers a new take on breakfast and brunch, making sandwiches using a creative version of authentic Belgian Waffle as the bread. In 2006 the waffle recipe was developed and ‘Brux Waffles’ was born. In 2009, Chef Kelly Mullarney was hired as a consultant to Brux Waffles and expanded sales and developed recipes to use waffles outside the traditional breakfast meals. The waffle is light, crispy, and not sweet. These waffles are paired with seasonal ingredients, serving both savory meals like buttermilk fried chicken and Hot Pastrami, as well as sweet options like their seasonal crème brulee, nutella and banana.
