Bruxie offers a new take on breakfast and brunch, making sandwiches using a creative version of authentic Belgian Waffle as the bread. In 2006 the waffle recipe was developed and ‘Brux Waffles’ was born. In 2009, Chef Kelly Mullarney was hired as a consultant to Brux Waffles and expanded sales and developed recipes to use waffles outside the traditional breakfast meals. The waffle is light, crispy, and not sweet.
