David Chang’s Dragon House
Dragon House is run by owner and master chef David Chang and his brother Jimmy Chang. It’s a Chinese restaurant specializing in authentic Mandarin and Szechuan cuisines, and it’s been voted #1 Favorite Chinese Restaurant by Inland Empire Press-Enterprise Reader’s Choice Survey since 1996. Dragon House has a large menu of intensely flavored dishes, including many options of sizzling meat and seafood plates, chop sueys, chow meins, mu shu dishes, gourmet dinner specials, a la carte dinners, and lunch specials. The house’s distinctive taste comes from its sauces, which are created and mastered in-house using only the freshest quality ingredients.
