The iconic Beverly Wilshire hotel recently opened a pop-up Secret Rosé Garden to celebrate its 90th anniversary.

Rosé All Day is the universal theme of the summer, and Los Angeles’ Beverly Wilshire is taking that motto to the next level in 2018. The iconic Beverly Hills hotel opened the pop-up to mark the anniversary in June, and it will remain open through Labor Day weekend.

A greeting can be seen on the wall inside the Secret Rosé Garden

Hidden behind the door for room 211 awaits a bright pink passageway that leads to a vibrant garden party, replete with bocce and badminton. Floral installations line the walls and float from above; but, the view of the historic Rodeo Drive is unobstructed.

Inspired by the Beverly Wilshire’s rooftop Garden Lounge of the 1960s and ’70s, L.A.’s Secret Rosé Garden pop-up offers an extensive variety of every millenial’s favorite summer beverage—sparkling rosé, still rosé, frozen rosé (affectionately referred to as frosè), and cocktails of all varieties featuring, you guessed it – rosé.

If you come hungry, fear not. The rooftop wonderland is also offering a light food menu including caviar, oysters, finger sandwiches, and more. But visitors will definitely want to save room for dessert, as pastry chef Chris Ford will be whipping up a variety of rosé related treats: caramelized rosé with violet-salted caramel, mascarpone mousse with passion fruit and chocolate rose petals, and the rosé sundae made of rosé sherbet with Tahitian vanilla bean kisses and completed with raspberry rosé gummies. Let’s not forget the casual spritz of 23k gold in a sparkling rosé float, either.

Prepare for a taste sensation

The Secret Rosé Garden is open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day through to September 3, 2018 and is available to the public, not just hotel guests.
