They have a variety of seating, indoor and outdoor, and have hosted themed evenings such as silent discos and other dance events. The outdoor deck is surrounded by trees that are lit up with string lights, giving Whiskey Tip a unique ambiance.

Toad In the Hole Pub is one of the few places in Santa Rosa that can do British style pub food justice. They have superb fish and chips, and homey food such as Shepherd’s pie and mashed potatoes. The pub’s dimly lit and cozy atmosphere make it the ideal place to relax with a beer and a hot meal. Their beer list includes all the local favorites and they sometimes have some great cider to choose from as well. The staff work hard to always keep your glass full, no matter how busy they might get. Be sure to stop by for their happy hour everyday from 3pm to 6 pm.

Located on 4th Street, Belly Left Coast Kitchen and Taproom is right in Santa Rosa’s hub, and is an ideal place to stop at for lunch. The atmosphere is trendy and laid back, with big windows that make it feel spacious. They have all your favorite bar food, but each dish has a unique twist. They have outdoor seating that’s dog friendly, and have plenty of televisions in order to watch any game that might be on. They also have a long and diverse beer and wine list, and most options on there come from the Pacific States.

Ausiello’s 5th Street Grill

For sports fans, Ausiello’s 5th Street Grill is a go-to venue. This sports bar is the best location to catch a game. Their menu is loaded with burgers that are piled high with toppings, and they host a noteworthy salad bar as well. They even offer specials on drinks depending on which Bay Area sports team is playing. The Bloody Marys and burgers are definitely must-tries.

They host live bands and have a full menu as well as an ever-growing selection of beer. If it’s your first time visiting, it’s recommended you go for the beer sampler. They can get busy fast, but that does not stop them from making sure everyone is satisfied with their experience.

They have an amazing happy hour, and their sliders are worth a try too. There’s also plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors, and a pool table upstairs.

Located in the middle of Santa Rosa, Fogbelt Brewing Company is almost hidden. Their beers steal the show, and they offer a sampler for first time visitors. Each beer is named after a Coast Redwood tree, so they’re easy to remember. It can get crowded in the evening, especially on their Trivia nights, but the servers make sure to keep all their customers happy.
