In the very heart of California‘s wine country lies Napa Valley. Everywhere you look there’s another Napa winery, each one appearing to be even better than the last. Here is a list of some that are just a bit more spectacular than the rest.

Tour the grounds and the cellar caves for a truly unique experience. The wine tastings here make for an absolutely wonderful afternoon in Napa Valley.

This historic winery just drips charm, from its gorgeous interior woodwork to its expansive grounds. The wines at Trefethen Family Vineyards are absolutely tantalizing and the beautifully restored barn is the perfect setting to sip them.

3. Truchard Vineyard

Truchard Vineyard is a smaller winery compared to others but it’s certainly not all about size here. During a tasting and visit, the staff are wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. Our top tip? Pack a picnic to enjoy at this winery. And don’t forget to stroll through the lovely rose garden!

4. Spelletich Family Wine Company

This family-owned and operated winery offers the perfect wine country experience. The space is modern and rustic, while the grounds are beautiful and beckoning. As you embark on the wonderful wine tasting offered at the Spelletich Family Wine Company, it’s made incredibly obvious by the hosts and rest of the staff that they truly love and respect their craft.

5. Del Dotto Historic Caves
