Everyone’s going crazy for secret and hidden wonders at the moment. Remember that dreamy hidden waterfall in the middle of the Grand Canyon the world went gaga for? Well, we’ve found something even better…

The gorgeous hidden beach is one of Mexico‘s most beautiful natural wonders – but like anything that’s pretty and hidden, it takes some effort getting to it. The beach, which is completely cocooned inside a cave with a ginormous hole in the roof, can only be reached after swimming or kayaking through a tunnel.

Located on the Islas Marietas, drifting off the coast of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico’s western side, savvy explorers have to jump on an hour-long boat to get to the rocky paradise. What to do once you arrive? Snorkel through colour-crazy coral reefs, Instagram all sorts of rare and unique fauna and flora, and of course, sunbathe to your heart’s content.
