Sure, Mexico City has some great ‘local’ food, but there are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and street food stands that can offer you a taste of many other Mexican states, particularly Yucatán and Oaxaca. There are also a number of destinations where you can check out cuisine from Michoacán and Jalisco.
