The film begins with an American couple who visits Guadalajara with their former employee and chronicles a group of men known as the braseros, who went to work in the U.S. after WWII. Guadalajara en verano begins when a group of American tourists arrive in the city for vacation, and then the adventure begins. Of course, there is a lot of music and charros.
