Two Rivers’ seasonal menus boast fare as original as its setting with distinctly Mediterranean dishes given a Yorkshire twist with local ingredients and flavours. Standout dishes include the Yorkshire fettle cheese, melon and minted bean salad drizzled with lemon balsamic dressing and the Grimsby smoked cod loin with braised cabbage, bacon, caramelised onion and a beetroot and fennel puree.

Bait Fish & Grill, a modern British restaurant specialising in seafood and located on lively Princes Avenue, fits the bill perfectly.
