The Admiral Codrington

Bar, Pub, Restaurant, British

‘The Cod’ as locals endearingly refer to it, is a hidden gem in Knightsbridge; bustling after work, somewhat quieter on the weekends, but always delivering a cosy pub environment with excellent food. The bar snacks are fantastic, but if you’re looking for something more substantial book a table in the restaurant and sit down to perfectly cooked fish and chips, or why not sample an award winning Sunday Roast? Complete with an outside area and fantastic espresso martinis, The Admiral Codrington delivers year round.

Jak’s

Deli, Restaurant, Mediterranean

Bursting onto Walton Street, Jak’s hails as a casual restaurant where you can enjoy home cooked Mediterranean style food. It’s all pre-cooked but they’ll heat up anything you want to tuck into. The salads are plentiful, the portions are great and the freshly squeezed juices will leave you feeling virtuous. It can become very busy here, but sister restaurants Zefi and Jak’s Deli have helped to accommodate the masses that want to enjoy favourites such as pesto pasta and saffron sea bass.

Scalini

Restaurant, Italian

This Walton Street favourite has been dishing up traditional Italian fare for the past 20 years. As they’ve watched the area grow and change, one thing Scalini claims will never change is their warm and welcoming hospitality. Serving simple Italian food in an unpretentious environment, this is a popular Knightsbridge choice, so much so, you may need to get a little cosy with your fellow diners.

Obica

When you’re hankering for a taste of authentic Italian cuisine with the freshest flavours, Obica will cater to your needs. Fresh mozzarella is a speciality here, with a wide variety on offer, while the pizzas are equally delicious. Rustling up Italian recipes in a contemporary environment, this is an inviting place to while away an evening with a glass of red.

Salmontini

Restaurant, Middle Eastern

If you’re craving bite sized, carefully crafted sushi in elegant surroundings, this newcomer is sure to tick all the boxes. Providing a sanctuary to the busy streets of Knightsbridge, expect personalised cocktails, a comprehensive wine list, as well as the freshest sushi, sashimi and salads. Salmontini is the perfect for a shopping pit stop or a fantastic place to start your night with a cocktail or two before dinner.
