There’s no denying that there’s been an big uprise in the popularity of traditional-style barber shops over the past few years – it’s way cooler to get your short back and sides from a barbers instead of a generic hairdressers, right?! Well, there’s definitely no shortage of them in the vibrant city of Bristol, and we’ve decided to round up the best ones that the city has to offer for men’s grooming.

Harry Blades & Angry Daves

Tucked away on Christmas Steps in Bristol, in the city centre, Harry Blades & Angry Daves (or HBAD to the locals) has had a home here since opening its doors. Although also providing a service for women’s hairdressing, this is definitely a very ‘non-salon’ environment, with a focus on providing a classic barbering service. The interior is super cool, with lots of taxidermy and artwork, which makes the entire process an experience. Plus, the team behind the shop are extremely welcoming and friendly!
