Huevos Rancheros

LS6, otherwise known as The Clock Cafe, has one of the best breakfast menu’s going. They then follow this up with a separate brunch menu, so there is no end of choice. Choices range from a classic Yorkshire Full English to the Huevos Rancheros if you’re up for trying something a bit different. The inside is bright and colourful with some interesting wall art and a great selection of board games while you wait for your food.

If you’re looking for a full English then The Greedy Pig is the place to go. They do a great meat and veggie version as well as breakfast baps and other brunch classics. The cafe is a little hidden gem that has been loved by those who live locally for years. The cafe is becoming increasingly popular as word travels fast so it’s worth visiting soon. Look out for the bacon jam, it sounds weird but is definitely worth a try!

Breakfast shouldn’t just be restricted to the morning and Popina’s know this, that’s why they sere it all day long to those who know that a full English is still appropriate at dinner time. They have good vegetarian options and a great omelette selection for those who aren’t so keen on a fry up. Global Tribe Cafe

At least that’s what the people at Global Tribe Cafe think, having created a delicious breakfast menu that is totally vegan and vegetarian. Considering the vegetarian breakfast options can sometimes be a little unimaginative this is a refreshing take on breakfast classics such as the full English packed full of things that are actually good for you. Outlaws Yacht Club

If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee in Leeds then you can’t do much better than Outlaws Yacht Club. With their own unique espresso blend from local coffee brewers North Star, they serve a delicious and reasonably priced coffee menu as well as a great selection of speciality teas. There are so many reasons to visit Mrs Atha’s; the fantastic coffee, the extensive menu made using the best local produce, the selection of unbelievably delicious cakes, the cosy dark wood interior that feels warm even during the coldest winter months. If you live locally to Headingly area then Cafe Lento is the place to go for breakfast. It’s a small family run business serving a great menu that is freshly made using good ingredients. The interior is also lovely and has a homely feel to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
