A recent report called ‘Unbroken Britain‘ by Provident Personal Credit asked 2,642 people in the UK to rate on a scale of 1-10 on how they felt within their community.

The questions in the survey ranged from rating overall happiness, to noisy neighbours and whether or not participants felt a strong sense of community in their areas. The happiest places in Britain were those in which residents felt safe and had low crime rates – sorry London, you didn’t make the cut no matter how amazing you are.
