Once an industrial port town, Malmö is now a flourishing, young metropolis, just a 34-minute train ride from Copenhagen in Denmark. The third-largest city in Sweden, located on the southern part of the country, it is fast building a reputation for its innovative, environmental take on a modern city. Explore Malmö Castle and discover the cosy Lilla Torg square, filled with restaurants and cafés, before finishing your day with a falafel. Yes, really.
