Watch the Northern Lights From a Floating Spa Hotel in Sweden
One of nature’s most beautiful sights are the Northern Lights and individuals often come from far and wide just to see the vibrant and mystical colors that are painted in the sky. Now, you can watch the Northern Lights in style at Arctic Bath, the hottest – or shall we say coldest – spa hotel in northern Sweden.
Relaxation North of the Arctic Circle
Located in Kiruna, Arctic Bath Hotel and Spa is a luxurious floating hotel set to open in 2019. This hotel will be situated on the Lule River, which will freeze during the winter months and float during the warmer months. There will only be only six rooms available, but they will be separate from the main part of the hotel, allowing the rooms to float on their own.
Created by the same design team that brought us the Treehotel in Harads, Arctic Bath is a beautiful art piece that you’re able to stay in. This aesthetically-pleasing hotel will lure you in as its design is unlike any others. This circular hotel will be featuring a year-round cold bath, hot bath, and four saunas. There will also be a treatment room that offers massages as well as a variety of other amenities.
Wanting to see the Northern Lights is something many people dream of and it’s one of the reasons why visitors would come to Arctic Bath. While relaxing in the year-round cold bath, you’ll be able to look straight up at the Northern Lights. In addition, each of the rooms at Arctic Bath will have skylights, so you will be able to see the northern lights from the comfort of your room.
Arctic Bath is not accepting reservations yet, but will you secure your spot at this one-of-a-kind hotel?
