In the bohemian El Carmen district, partygoers and students flock to The Vurger, a popular vegan fast-food operation which was formerly housed in a food truck. Now they serve their selection of well priced and freshly-made burgers, juices and homemade desserts in their light, bright dining room, which often has a queue out of the door.

Not a dedicated burger place, but great if you’re looking for a gourmet option. There are some great burgers on the menu at Saona, a modern, small chain of restaurants in Valencia.
